How Integrations Work

Jetscale integrations follow a consistent pattern:

  1. Connect: Link your account using secure authentication (OAuth or API tokens)
  2. Configure: Select repositories, projects, or channels to use
  3. Automate: Jetscale creates PRs, tickets, or notifications automatically
  4. Track: Monitor implementation status and savings across tools

Security & Permissions

All Jetscale integrations:

  • Use industry-standard authentication (OAuth 2.0, API tokens)
  • Require minimal permissions (read-only where possible)
  • Encrypt credentials at rest using AES-256
  • Never expose tokens in logs or API responses
  • Support immediate revocation

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your Jetscale dashboard
  2. Select the integration you want to connect
  3. Follow the setup guide for your chosen tool
  4. Review and approve the first recommendation to test the integration
